Can I Pre-Order A Product?

Because we have over 100,000 product lines in our inventory, we can't stock all of them on the shelf at once. Especially those products that only sell once a year or so. That's why we offer a pre-order system that lets you order any item in our range it will be included in our next shipment.
But here's an explanation of what all the terminology means:

First of all, our site shows stock levels in real time. So if we have some on the shelf, it will show how many. This is updated immediately, so if you place an order and then the item shows as out of stock, don't worry! That just means your ordered the last ones. | |

If an item is not in stock, our website makes a "best guess" on how long it would take to arrive if we ordered from the supplier today (eg. 3 weeks). This date keeps exending each day, so don't worry if you ordered something a week ago and the estimated arrival date keeps growing. Your special order will already be in the system. | |

If the item you're interested in looks like this (Purple and says Pre-Order), that means that a shipment is already the way, with a tracking number, and that is the date it's expected to land here. So you can pre-order it to secure the stock for yourself, before the shipment arrives. |
