Answering Your Questions On Shipping

We do have a shipping policy page on our website, but we still get asked lots of questions about our postage, so we thought we'd take some time to answer them.
How Long Until You Process My Order?
We pack and ship every business day. But the courier comes in just after lunch. So if you place your order before lunch, it will most likely go out that same day. Any later than that, it will probably ship the next business day.
How Long Until I Receive My Order?
At checkout we provide two options, Standard Post and Express Post. If you select Express Post then you can expect to receive your order in 2-3 days. If you select Standard Post, then that goes by standard Australia Post which means you could wait 7-10 days.
Can You Guarantee Delivery Times?
Unfortunately, once it leaves our storeroom it's kind of out of our hands. So while we know that Express Post is normally 2-3 days and Standard Post is normally 7-10 days, we can't be held responsible if the truck breaks down, the plane is delayed, a storm washes out the road, or the courier company stuffs up the delivery somehow. For Express Post delivery we use StarTrack who in our experience have an on-time delivery record of over 95%.
What Happens If I'm Not Home?
If you're not home, the driver will usually leave it somewhere if there's a safe place to do so (eg. behind a gate, in a pot-plant). If there's no safe place to leave it, they'll leave a card for you to collect at the depot.
How Much Does Shipping Cost?
That depends on the shipping option you choose and you will be provided multiple options at checkout.
