Attaching RAM Mounts To Your Beemer

We’ve had a few enquiries over the years from people having problems attaching RAM Mounts to their BMW motorcycle. Due to the design of the BMW bikes, many of the usual RAM motorcycle mounts won’t fit.

Recently, Rob from the Blue Knights Australia Law Enforcement Motorcycle Club shared some feedback with us about how he managed to attach a RAM motorcycle fork stem to the handlebars of his 2002 K1200LT.

Basically he used a RAM-B-342U and pushed it through the hole near the brake calliper. Pushing it through as far as it will go, it just comes out the other side. He then went out and got some 75mm screws and used them with the nuts provided with the RAM-B-342U to secure it nice and tight.
