RAM Mounts Lifetime Warranty

At Hurtle Gear we only stock the highest quality products. And nothing confirms a product's quality more than when the manufacturer stands behind it with a lifetime guarantee.

RAM Mounts are one such company. In their own words: " If we built it, we guarantee it. We are confident in the quality of our products, and with our warranties, you can be too".

We won't re-write the RAM Mounts warranty details in this post, you can view them on their website here. But the basics are that they will replace any failed component in your mount (with some exceptions). 

Problems with RAM Mounts are very rare, but if you do have a failed part there are two ways you can get it replaced:

1. Contact RAM Mounts directly and follow their online procedure here; or


2. As authorised RAM Mounts dealers, we are happy to handle the return for you. Simply contact us along with a photo or two of the damaged part, and we can contact RAM Mounts on your behalf and sort a replacement for you. All we'll charge is a shipping fee to get it to you (usually $9.95).

After selling tens of thousands of RAM Mount products, we're happy to report that you'll have less than a 0.01% chance of needing to return a product. It's good to know that what you're buying is designed to last a very long time.
