IXIL Motorcycle Exhausts

IXIL is a Spanish motorcycle exhaust manufacturer producing an extensive range of exhaust systems for sports, naked, touring, adventure and cruiser motorcycles. Hurtle Gear offers IXIL motorcycle exhausts in Australia for a huge variety of makes and models, including both current motorcycles and many older bikes that can be difficult to find exhaust options for.

The IXIL range includes slip-on silencers, bolt-on mufflers and other exhaust components, with different designs available depending on the motorcycle. Popular IXIL families include compact Race Xtrem systems along with Hexoval Xtrem and Ironhead exhausts, giving riders a choice of styles, finishes and configurations.

Choosing the right IXIL exhaust starts with your motorcycle. Exhausts are generally designed for specific models and generations, and similar-looking systems aren't necessarily interchangeable. Use our Bike Finder to narrow the range to products listed for your bike and check the individual Bike Fitment information before ordering.

IXIL uses materials such as AISI 304 stainless steel across many of its systems, with finishes including polished stainless, matt stainless and black depending on the exhaust. Compact systems can also provide a considerable reduction in size and weight compared with the original silencer.

Some IXIL exhausts are supplied with European homologation or certificates of conformity, while other systems are designed primarily for racing or performance applications. Approval varies between individual products, and European certification should not automatically be taken as confirmation of Australian road-use compliance, so always check the specification of the particular system you're considering.

IXIL also has an unusually broad catalogue for older motorcycles as well as current models. If you're struggling to find an exhaust for a bike that's no longer well supported by other manufacturers, it's worth checking the IXIL range.
