Shipping In Australia
We ship every business day and offer five shipping options for Australian customers:
- Toll DX Express (1-2 Business Days)
Price is from $9.95 per order but depends on the weight of your items and will be calculated at checkout. You can also get a shipping quote in your shopping cart.
In most cases Toll DX Express is overnight, but can take an extra day depending on where you live. Please note that this option is only available for street addresses, Toll is unable to deliver to PO Boxes or Parcel Lockers.
- Australia Post Express Post (2-3 Business Days)
Price is from $10.95 per order but depends on the weight of your items and will be calculated at checkout. You can also get a shipping quote in your shopping cart.
In most cases Australia Post Express arrives in 2 business days, but can depend on where you live. Please see our note below about Australia Post before selecting this option.
- Australia Post Standard Post (1-2 Weeks)
Price is from $8.95 per order but depends on the weight of your items and will be calculated at checkout. You can also get a shipping quote in your shopping cart.
In most cases Australia Post Standard Post arrives in 1-2 weeks, but can depend on where you live. Please see our note below about Australia Post before selecting this option.
- Free Economy Shipping For Orders Over $200 (2 Weeks)
If your order is over $200 then we will ship your items for free via Australia Post Standard Post (2 weeks), unless you choose to upgrade.
- Store Pick-Up
If you are located anywhere near the south west of Western Australia, you will also be offered a pick up option. We are located in Bunbury and your order can be picked up on weekdays.
Regardless of which shipping option you choose, a few of our products may attract an additional postage charge, due to their size. This will be clearly stated on the individual product page.
The above timeframes are NOT guarantees! Although we always ship your item as quickly as possible, once it leaves our office it's out of our hands and we cannot be held responsible for the courier company or Australia Post.
When your item is shipped you will receive an automated email from us with a tracking number.
REGARDING AUSTRALIA POST:
In our opinion, Australia Post provides a terrible service (read our open letter to them here). It's been our experience that they have a high rate of losing parcels, their customer service is extremely slow, and their Express Post is not very fast at all. If they happen to lose your parcel, you may find that you need to wait over a week before getting a response from them. Therefore we prefer to ship via Toll DX couriers but cannot do so if you use a PO Box or Parcel Locker. We highly recommend that when placing your order you use a street address and select Toll DX Express. If you must use a PO Box or Parcel Locker that's totally fine, but it will have to go via Australia Post, that's all.
WHAT HAPPENS IF YOU'RE NOT HOME?
Regardless of which postage option you choose, if you are not home at the time of delivery, then your package will normally be left in a safe place (eg. your letterbox, behind a gate, etc). If a safe place cannot be found then a card will be left for you to collect at the depot or post office. Please note that if the item is left in a safe place and it is then stolen from your property or goes missing, we cannot be held responsible for that. We therefore highly recommend that you always use an address where you know someone will be present (eg. work address). Read more at our blog post here.
We ship anywhere in the world! At checkout you will be offered a variety of different postage options. Prices vary depending on your location and the weight of your order, but will be quoted to you in real time at checkout. Please note it is your responsibility to check and pay for any applicable customs duties and taxes in your country.
IF YOU CHANGE YOUR MIND:
We will gladly accept items back for a replacement or refund if they are unopened and in a re-saleable condition. Please note it is your responsibilty to securely post the items back to us at your expense as we cannot provide a full refund if the items are damaged or missing any parts. If you wish to exchange an item instead of a refund, please note you will also be required to pay postage for the new item. Please contact us if you'd like to return your item so we can make a note in our system that we're expecting it back.
All of the products we sell come with a standard warranty, with the length of time varying depending on the manufacturer. If your item becomes faulty within the warranty period, please contact us for further instructions on making a warranty claim. We stand behind all our products and are ready to assist you with any post-purchase enquiries you may have!
