This is a RAM Mount suction cup that will attach to any smooth, non-porous surface (eg. windscreen). It has a twist lock base that is approximately 3.3" in diameter.

The top of the suction cup has two screw holes that will match the RAM-B-238U :: RAM 2.43" x 1.31" Diamond Base with 1" Ball (not included), which will allow you to connect to the RAM 1" ball system.
