This is a RAM cradle for 7" tablets. The spring-loaded design makes it easy to load and unload your tablet, as well as keeping it secure on the go.

The cup ends are designed to allow access to audio jacks, usb, power, and other ports, and includes a set of four nuts and bolts to connect to other RAM Mounts parts with the universal AMPS hole pattern, such as the RAM-B-202U :: RAM 2.5" Round Base with AMPs Hole Pattern & 1" Ball.
