This is the composite plastic version of the RAM-B-201U :: RAM Double Socket Arm for 1" Ball Bases and will connect to any of the 1" ball mounts in the RAM Mounts system.

A single spring inside the arm opens the end sockets, allowing you to pivot the ball and socket connection, allowing for almost infinite viewing angles.
