This is the composite plastic version of the RAM-B-224-1U :: RAM 3.25" Diameter Suction Cup Twist Lock Base with 1" Ball and consists of a 3.25" rubber base that is connected to the (RAP-B-238U), diamond base with 1" rubber ball. It will attach securely to any flat, non-porous surface (eg. windscreen) and you can then attach a socket arm to it (see Related Products below)
