In addition to their styling benefits, the Akron-LS bar ends add weight at the ends of the handlebars, which can help reduce unwanted handlebar vibrations for a more comfortable riding experience.

Designed for Bar-End Mirrors

The Akron-LS features a dedicated 29.9 mm diameter mirror mounting area designed for compatible HIGHSIDER pro and SHIN YO bar-end mirrors that use an external handlebar clamp.

If you later decide to remove the bar-end mirrors, optional coloured rings can be fitted over the mirror mounting section, allowing the Akron-LS bar ends to remain in place while adding a customised colour accent to the motorcycle.

Universal Fitment

A selection of supplied clamping and spacer sleeves allows the Akron-LS to fit a broad range of tubular motorcycle handlebars with an internal diameter between 12 and 22 mm.

This makes them suitable for many:

• 7/8 inch (22 mm) handlebars.
• 1 inch (25.4 mm) handlebars.
• X-Bar (28.6 mm) handlebars.

Important Fitment Information

These handlebar ends use an internal expansion-style clamping system. The ends of the handlebars must therefore be hollow and unobstructed. They are not suitable for handlebars where the internal opening is blocked by factory threaded inserts or similar fittings unless those components can be appropriately removed.
