In numerous new Honda models are integrated as standard in the turn signals marker lights, the front turn signals light up permanently with and serve as position lights. This type of marker lights is a legal configuration, as all new Honda models have been homologated with this configuration and approved accordingly. Since 2016, an EU law has made it possible, and Honda has implemented it directly.

If one exchanges these orignalen continuous light turn signals now with 2in1 turn signals from the accessories light the front turn signals permanently dimmed with. This is not E-compliant for 2in1 combination lights consisting of white position light and yellow turn signal, because the necessary approvals are missing.

With the HIGHSIDER BL CONTROL-BOX CB4 there is the solution to the problem. The HIGHSIDER BL CONTROL-BOX CB4 has the task of converting the output signal from the OEM 2 pin connector of the turn signal / position light, so that it is possible to install E-tested 2in1 turn signals E-comform. The HIGHSIDER BL CONTROL-BOX CB4 converts the one signal coming from the vehicle and splits it into its own turn signal and position light signal. Thus, the turn signals no longer dim yellow with. In addition, the position light turns off during the flashing process and turns on again after the flashing process (with a small delay). With optional coming home function for the position light. After leaving the motorcycle, the position light remains on for a certain time and then switches off automatically.

Pink cable = Turn signal Left (+)
White cable = Position light Right (+)

Black cable = Ground OUT (-)
