Puig Touring Screen - Triumph Tiger Sport 660

Enjoy improved wind protection and greater comfort on longer journeys with the Puig Touring Screen. Designed specifically for the Triumph Tiger Sport 660, this larger touring windscreen combines enhanced aerodynamic performance with modern, aggressive styling that complements the motorcycle's distinctive adventure-inspired appearance.

Measuring 110 mm higher than the original screen, the Puig Touring Screen provides additional coverage for the rider's upper body and head, helping reduce wind pressure, turbulence and fatigue during highway riding and extended touring.

Enhanced Aerodynamic Protection

Developed using virtual wind-tunnel analysis, the Puig Touring Screen features a carefully shaped profile designed to redirect airflow away from the rider while maintaining a clear view of the road ahead.

The screen incorporates a central ventilation opening that helps balance air pressure between the front and rear surfaces. This promotes smoother airflow, helping reduce turbulence and wind noise for a more comfortable riding experience.

According to Puig's aerodynamic testing, this Touring Screen provides an average 80% improvement in aerodynamic protection compared with the original screen, with particularly noticeable benefits around the rider's upper torso and head.

Premium Acrylic Construction

Developed by Puig in Barcelona, the screen is manufactured from 4 mm thick acrylic with UV protection for durability and long-lasting performance.

Its smooth, rounded 2 mm edge provides a refined finish while meeting the applicable German TÜV safety requirements. The upper section is designed without obstructive edging to maintain excellent visibility through the screen.
