Puig R-Racer Screen - Suzuki GSX-8R - Dark Smoke

This Dark Smoke screen retains the lines of the original screen while increasing its height by 85 mm. The taller profile is designed to direct airflow away from the rider's helmet and shoulders, helping improve comfort and aerodynamic efficiency, particularly at higher speeds.

Race-Inspired Aerodynamics

The R-Racer design takes inspiration from the screens used on competition motorcycles and has been developed using virtual wind tunnel technology. Puig's aerodynamic development focuses on improving rider protection while maintaining efficient airflow around the motorcycle.

The increased height can be particularly beneficial during higher-speed riding, helping reduce direct wind pressure around the helmet and upper body while allowing the rider to adopt a more aerodynamic position behind the screen.

Designed and manufactured in Barcelona, the R-Racer Screen is produced from 3 mm high-impact acrylic for an effective combination of strength, durability and low weight. A 2 mm rounded edge provides a clean finish without requiring additional edge trim.

Puig uses an automated vision system during quality control to help ensure consistent manufacturing quality and finish.
