Once you have removed the pillion footrests, fill the void left behind and cover those otherwise exposed holes in the sub-frame with the R&G blanking plates.

These footrest blanking plates have been specially designed to cover/protect both sides of the Ktm 790 Adventure '19-, Ktm 890 Adventure '20-'22, Yamaha Tenere World Rally(t7) '24-, tenere 700 '19-, Suzuki Gsx-S 950 '21-, gsx-s1000 '15- & Husqvarna Norden 901 '22- Aprilia Rs457 '24- R&G footrest blanking plates are easy to install, simply screwing into place in-place of the rear pillion pegs, covering those otherwise exposed sub-frame holes, that if left uncovered could result in corrosion of the frame/sub frame from dirt, water and debris buildup.
