The RAM Flex-Rod Track Mount is made up of an 18" rigid aluminum rod with a ribbed plastic cover, a track base with T-bolt for virtually any track system, and a B size 1" rubber ball at the top for connecting any RAM ball-and-socket mounting components. Simply insert or slide the mount into your track and twist clockwise to tighten.
