This full exhaust system for the MT-09 (2024 - onwards) combines a lightweight carbon-fibre muffler sleeve with stainless steel link pipes and headers, finished with a sleek titanium end cap. The result is an impressive weight saving of 2.6 kg—a 36.5% reduction compared to the stock system.

Designed with a shorter, side-exit muffler for a sharper, sportier aesthetic, this system not only enhances the look of the bike but also delivers a boost in power. In back-to-back testing on the Yamaha MT-09, it produced an increase of 3.3 kW (4.5 hp) at 9,600 rpm over the standard exhaust system.

When installed on Euro5+ motorcycles (with two lambda sensors), the engine check light may activate due to differences from the original catalytic converter parameters.
