The system incorporates a 2-into-1-into-2 link pipe configuration and is complemented by a lightweight carbon fibre heat shield, creating a purposeful appearance that suits the muscular styling of the Diavel 1260.

Performance & Sound

Zard designed the system to enhance power delivery across the engine's power curve while producing a deeper and more aggressive exhaust note. The complete racing exhaust weighs approximately 4.2 kg, providing an impressive 5.8 kg weight saving compared with the original exhaust system.

Premium Italian Construction

The racing system is manufactured from stainless steel, including the silencer structure, sleeves and end caps. A carbon fibre heat shield adds a premium finishing touch while helping keep overall weight to a minimum. An optional black finish is also available, depending on the selected version.

HEALTECH Exhaust Servo Eliminator

The kit includes a HEALTECH ESE-D02 Exhaust Servo Eliminator, designed to prevent ECU errors associated with removal of the motorcycle's original exhaust valve system.

Important Information

This product is the racing version of the Zard Slip-On Kit. Zard also produces a Euro 5 homologated version, but the racing version described here should not be assumed to carry the same approval. Please check applicable local regulations regarding noise, emissions and road use before installation.

Zard exhausts are generally made to order in Italy and take roughly 2-3 weeks to get here.

• If our site above shows that this exhaust is in stock, then great! It will ship immediately from our WA warehouse
   
• More likely it will show as pre-order, which means one of two things:
  - if it's already in stock at Zard it will ship immediately from Italy, approximately one week to get here; or
  - if it's not in stock at Zard it will take 2-3 weeks to be manufactured and get here
  
  Either way, we will place your order with Zard as soon as we receive your pre-order. But if you'd like us to check if it's in stock at Zard first, just contact us.
