The Zard decat for the Harley-Davidson® Pan America 1250, made of AISI 304 stainless steel, is compatible with the standard exhaust or can be paired with the Zard slip-on, representing the ideal choice to enhance performance.


Handcrafted in Italy using high-quality raw materials, it significantly improves performance by +5.9 HP when paired with the Zard slip-on and +3.8 HP when combined with the standard exhaust. It considerably reduces weight by -1.7 kg (-3.7 lbs) compared to the standard catalyst. The combination of the decat and the slip-on produces a unique sound in the Zard style. This product is not approved for road use.

NOTE: For installation on Euro 5+ models, remapping is required to eliminate the CAT warning light that turns on after removing the catalyst.

All Zard exhausts are made to order in Italy and take roughly 2-3 weeks. Unless this page shows the exhaust as already in stock at our Bunbury warehouse, we will send your order to Zard for production as soon as we receive your order.
