The Zard heat shield line in AISI 304 stainless steel for Harley-Davidson® models Softail / Cruiser, offers an aesthetic and functional solution for the range of Full Kit 2 in 1 exhaust systems designed by Zard.


This product plays an important role from an aerodynamic and efficiency standpoint, protecting the rider from potential burns thanks to its shape and strategic position, which helps to optimally diffuse the heat.

The heat shields for the Full Kit Zard are available in Satin, Black Cerakote® and Polished finishes.


The heat shield kit is compatible with the following models in the Softail / Cruiser range equipped with the Milwaukee-Eight engine from 2017 to 2024: Breakout, Fat Bob and Fat Boy.  

All Zard exhausts are made to order in Italy and take roughly 2-3 weeks. Unless this page shows the exhaust as already in stock at our Bunbury warehouse, we will send your order to Zard for production as soon as we receive your order.
