The system is built in AISI 304 stainless steel, with sleeve and end cap also in stainless steel to ensure strength, durability, and an elegant look. It is also available in titanium version, with a titanium sleeve and stainless steel end cap, for those seeking the ultimate in lightness. Available in racing version (with removable dB-killer) or Euro 4 homologated. The exhaust comes in a finish with visible "snake" welds (exclusively for the titanium version) or black.

The sound is deep, full-bodied, and perfectly in line with the retro-modern character of the Z900RS, enhancing every acceleration with an unmistakable note. The compact, finely detailed design integrates perfectly with the bike's lines, offering an aesthetic as well as functional upgrade.

The kit weighs only 3.6 kg (7.9 lbs) in the titanium racing version, with a weight saving of −7.9 kg (−17.4 lbs) compared to the original 11.5 kg exhaust. The titanium homologated version weighs 3.7 kg (8.2 lbs), saving −7.8 kg (−17.2 lbs). The stainless steel racing version weighs 5.9 kg (13 lbs), saving −5.6 kg (−12.3 lbs), while the stainless steel homologated version weighs 6 kg (13.2 lbs), saving −5.5 kg (−12.1 lbs). The result is a lighter, more agile, and responsive bike in every configuration.

Installation is simple and plug-&-play, with no need for modifications or ECU remapping.

All Zard exhausts are made to order in Italy and take roughly 2-3 weeks. Unless this page shows the exhaust as already in stock at our Bunbury warehouse, we will send your order to Zard for production as soon as we receive your order.
