The muffler is made of AISI 304 stainless steel, featuring a mesh end cap and stainless steel sleeve, ensuring durability and an elegant finish. The Zard muffler weighs 1.6 kg (3.5 lbs), compared to 2 kg of the original exhaust, offering a weight saving of −0.4 kg (−0.9 lbs). Installation is simple and plug-&-play, requiring no modifications or ECU remapping.

Available in racing version (with removable dB-killer) and Euro 4 homologated, it allows great customization of sound and power delivery while ensuring compliance with European road regulations.
