The Slip-On by Zard for the Moto Guzzi V85 TT is handcrafted in Italy with great attention to detail and performance. The structure is made of AISI 304 stainless steel, with a sleeve available in either stainless steel or titanium. The end cap is made of carbon fiber, and the finish can be either satin or black. A carbon fiber heat shield is included in the kit.

Available in racing or Euro 5 homologated versions, it gives the V85 TT a deep, enveloping sound without compromise. Installation is plug‑&‑play and requires no modifications.

The slip-on weighs 2.8 kg (6.2 lbs) in the titanium version, while the stainless steel version weighs 3.2 kg (7.1 lbs), offering a significant weight reduction of −2.5 kg (−5.5 lbs) and −2.1 kg (−4.6 lbs) respectively, improving agility and throttle response.

The Zard exhaust system is compatible with OEM hard side cases and the center stand, requires no ECU remapping, is easy to install, and is ready to use straight out of the box.

All Zard exhausts are made to order in Italy and take roughly 2-3 weeks. Unless this page shows the exhaust as already in stock at our Bunbury warehouse, we will send your order to Zard for production as soon as we receive your order.
