The full kit for the Triumph Bonneville T100, entirely handcrafted in Italy with the performance and craftsmanship of the Officine Italiane Zard, includes headers and silencers made of AISI 304 stainless steel. It delivers a significant power increase and a weight reduction of -6.2 kg (-13.7 lbs), for a total weight of just 4.8 kg (10.6 lbs) and a more responsive throttle.


Available in satin, black, or polished finishes, the kit features a classic low-mount design. Its distinctive style is completed by the unmistakably Zard energetic sound.


The Zard full kit for the Bonneville T100 does not require ECU remapping, is easy to install, and ready to use right out of the box.


PLEASE NOTE: There is a recess in the rear of the left silencer to allow the correct assembly.

All Zard exhausts are made to order in Italy and take roughly 2-3 weeks. Unless this page shows the exhaust as already in stock at our Bunbury warehouse, we will send your order to Zard for production as soon as we receive your order.
