The Slip‑On designed by Zard for the Yamaha Ténéré 700 is entirely handcrafted in Italy, combining premium craftsmanship with advanced technology. The structure is made of AISI 304 stainless steel, and the sleeve is available in stainless steel or titanium. The end cap is made of carbon fiber, and the exhaust comes with a carbon fiber support band, backstrap, and heat shield as standard. Available in satin or black finish.

Offered in both racing and Euro 4 homologated versions. The racing version delivers the best in performance and riding experience, while the homologated version is fully street-legal without sacrificing the exhaust’s performance and distinctive sound. Installation is plug‑&‑play, requiring no modifications or ECU remapping.

The exhaust’s weight is significantly reduced across all configurations: the titanium racing version weighs only 2.7 kg (6 lbs), with a weight saving of −4.3 kg (−9.5 lbs) compared to the 7 kg (15.4 lbs) stock exhaust. The titanium homologated version weighs 2.8 kg (6.2 lbs), saving −4.2 kg (−9.3 lbs). In stainless steel, the racing version comes in at 3.3 kg (7.3 lbs) (−3.7 kg / −8.2 lbs), while the homologated version weighs 3.4 kg (7.5 lbs), offering a total reduction of −3.6 kg (−7.9 lbs).

Beyond weight reduction, the Zard Slip‑On significantly enhances the bike’s overall performance. Its optimized gas flow provides a noticeable increase in mid-range power, improving throttle response and engine smoothness. The sound is deep, immersive, and unmistakably bold—giving the Ténéré 700 an even more adventurous character.

Each exhaust is finished with hand-welded TIG and MIG/MAG joints. The result is a product that delivers real performance, rich sound, and refined Italian design.

All Zard exhausts are made to order in Italy and take roughly 2-3 weeks. Unless this page shows the exhaust as already in stock at our Bunbury warehouse, we will send your order to Zard for production as soon as we receive your order.
