The 3‑in‑1 Full Kit by Zard for the Yamaha XSR 900 is entirely handcrafted in Italy, combining high-end craftsmanship and advanced technology. The structure is made of AISI 304 stainless steel, with a sleeve in stainless steel and an end cap available in carbon fiber or stainless steel. The finish can be either satin or black.

Available in the racing version (equipped with a removable db-killer), it gives the XSR 900 a deep and thrilling sound, with noticeable improvements in power delivery and a significant increase in peak power. Installation is plug‑&‑play and requires no modifications or remapping.

The Zard system weighs just 4.2 kg (9.3 lbs), compared to 8.5 kg (18.7 lbs) for the stock system, providing a net weight saving of −4.3 kg (−9.5 lbs), for improved agility and handling through corners.

Each Zard exhaust system is made with TIG/MIG‑MAG welds performed by specialized technicians. The system strikes the perfect balance between real performance, exclusive sound, and refined Italian design.

All Zard exhausts are made to order in Italy and take roughly 2-3 weeks. Unless this page shows the exhaust as already in stock at our Bunbury warehouse, we will send your order to Zard for production as soon as we receive your order.
