As you may have read in our Open Letter To Toll, the dumpster fire that is Toll has been causing us a lot of problems lately, to the point where we haven't been able to guarantee overnight delivery for a while (not to mention no support and a host of other issues).
We sincerely apologise if you have had problems with Toll recently, we've heard the complaints, and have taken action.
We are now pleased to announce that we have entered into a new delivery contract with Australia Post and Startrack.
This will not only provide much better tracking and other options, but most importantly will let us return to overnight delivery to most customers in Australia.
It's going to take a few weeks to integrate into our website and systems, but stay tuned for an update.
