They have been designed so that the nylon bobbin heads can rotate on impact, to help reduce wear on the part and stress on the wheel.

The kit consists of injection-moulded nylon bobbin heads, supported by an aluminium inner, and fixed through the spindle by a stainless steel rolled-thread rod.
