Designed for 1" Handlebar Applications

The Flat Track Z14 features a 25.4 mm (1") outside diameter with a substantial 3 mm wall thickness. Cable recesses are formed into the control areas to accommodate internally routed wiring used by the handlebar switches on various Harley-Davidson motorcycles.

The cable recesses do not prevent the handlebar from being used on motorcycles where this feature is not required, making the Z14 suitable for a variety of compatible 1" handlebar applications.

Installation Information

The handlebar is supplied without pre-drilled locating holes for the anti-rotation pins used by some handlebar switch assemblies. Where locating holes are required, their positions will need to be transferred from the motorcycle's original handlebar.

HIGHSIDER recommends its optional HIGHSIDER pro Drilling Template (Part No. 902DT01HP) to assist with accurately transferring the original hole positions.
