This touring screen for the DesertX is 90mm higher than the original and has been manufactured using 4mm thick acrylic material, with UV protection and with a 2mm rounded edge. This finish gives it a more elegant touch and offers greater security, fulfilling with the regulations of the German TÜV.

Designed and developed in the Puig virtual wind tunnel specifically for the Ducati DesertX, this Touring screen is inspired by the Dakarian Cagivas Elefant from the 1990s, providing more aerodynamic protection without sacrificing an attractive retro rally aesthetic.

Its studied design together with its larger dimensions compared to the original screen allows the rider to receive less air pressure, going from 6.7kg to 2.8kg, which represents a 57% improvement that is reflected in greater riding comfort and a reduction in fatigue.
