This is a 1" ball mounting system from RAM Mounts. It consists of a double socket arm and two 2.5" diameter round bases that contain the universal AMPS hole pattern.

The mount uses the RAM 1" diameter patented rubber ball and socket system that has adjustment points at both ends of the double socket arm, giving you almost unlimited angles. The AMPS hole pattern on each of the round bases will connect to any of the RAM Mounts cradles.
