This product will wrap around any tube or rail that is between 1" and 2.1" (2.54cm to 5.33cm) in diameter, and has a 1" ball attached which will let you connect to the RAM 1" ball system for mounting electronic devices.

Just place the saddle shaped plate on the rail/tube then wrap the metal clamp strap around the rail and tighten the screw knob on the metal strap with a screw driver.
