This is a great mount for light weight marine electronics and consists of a double socket arm, a 2.5" diameter round base and a 6.25" x 2" rectangle base.

The round base has pre-drilled holes that match the universal AMPS hole pattern, and the rectangle base contains different combinations of pre-drilled holes (see below) which will match up to many electronic devices and mounts, including Marine GPS, CB Radios, Ham Radios, Gimbal Brackets and more.
