This product will attach to any bar or tube that is between 3/8" and 5/8" (0.95cm to 1.58cm) in diameter. It includes sizing inserts to provide a snug fit and protect your rail, as well as nylon-insert locknuts to prevent loosening in high vibration environments.

Useful for mounting to scooter mirror rails, vehicle headrests and other round rails within the stated dimensions.
