The RAM X-Grip holder (RAM-HOL-UN7BU) holds phones very tight, but if you want even more security then you can use this tether. Only compatible with the UN7 holders (see "Related Products" below).

RAM Mounts recommend this tether for "out-of-cockpit" applications where there may be excessive wind, bumps or G-force that could cause movement of your device within the holder. 

The Tether is made of high-strength elastomeric material and fits around the X-Grip® holder, meaning you can still easily insert your device.
