This is a composite plastic version of the RAM-B-202U :: RAM 2.5" Round Base with AMPs Hole Pattern & 1" Ball. It has a 1" diameter rubber ball connected to a flat 2.5" (63.5mm) diameter base.

The base has pre-drilled holes that match the universal AMPS hole pattern.
