By remapping the ECU, the UpMap system ensures smooth, efficient operation and prevents activation of the “CAT” warning light that can appear when replacing the OEM exhaust. If triggered, this warning light indicates a detected catalytic converter anomaly.

The complete UpMap Suite includes the T800+ device, diagnostic cable, and access to the UpMap app, which provides a library of dedicated, optimised maps specifically developed for the Yamaha® XSR900 GP. These calibrations enhance throttle response, power delivery, and overall riding enjoyment.
