This is a standard length, extendable and foldable brake lever from Puig (black lever with gold adjuster). The extendable function of this lever enables you to set the length of the lever, and the folding mechanism allows the lever to "fold up" out of the way in the event of a fall, snapping back into place when the bike is upright again.
