This is a standard length, extendable and foldable clutch lever from Puig (black lever with gold adjuster). The folding mechanism allows the lever to "fold up" out of the way in the event of a fall, snapping back into place when the bike is upright again. And the extendable function of this lever enables you to set the length of the lever.
